By adding your event to the FloridaEventsCalendar.com database, you are acknowledging that you are aware, and agree to the following:

1. The event is currently suspended until approved by a FloridaEventsCalendar.com administrator. This ensures that all events will be monitored, and any unnecessary or inappropriate listings will not be allowed.
   
   
2. By listing the event, you are aware that it will be displayed publicly, and is deemed public knowledge.
   
   
3. Total Concept, Inc. and the Southwest Florida Network of Sites will not accept any listings that can be considered unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law.
   
   Other entries that might be subject to rejection:
   • Daily or Weekly Seminars as sometimes held by Multi-Level Marketing firms
   • Garage and Yard Sales
   • Sales promotions held by businesses such as furniture stores or auto dealerships
   • K-12 School functions involving sports, plays, car washes, bake sales, etc. (College sporting events are acceptable)
